For all the services contracted, Full payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis inorder to make necessary preparations.For last minute bookings payment should be made immediately.

• Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
• Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
• Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
• Refund for transport payments will follow the transport's cancellation policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism.Reeca Travel also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Reeca Travel is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case, refund of payments received by Reeca Travel will constitute full and final settlement. Once booked , custom trips  (this is personalized and tailored to fit your schedule, interests, curiosities, wants, needs and budget) are non refundable.

• Rates are inclusive of accommodation, drinks (local) all meals, two daily Safari Activities, park fees, expert guiding and return transfer to/from airstrip
• Rates exclude medical and travel insurance, transfers, gratuities and items of a personal nature.
• Children are considered 3-11 years old and will be charged 50% when sharing the parents. Children from 12 years pay the full adult rate. Children 16 and above are able to stay in their own tent.
• Self-drive to Khwai Expeditions camp is possible and a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended.
• Children must be at least 12 years of age to take part in Mokoro or Walking safaris. Guides and Camp Managers reserve the right to disallow children from participating in activities if they feel that the individuals are not able to understand and adhere to the safety instructions laid out.
• Self-drive to Khwai Expeditions camp is possible and a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended.
• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation (unless otherwise agreed) but should the booking be made 30 days or less before date of travel, full payment must be made within 48 hours of confirmation, failing which the reservation will be cancelled.
• All rates are subject to changes beyond control due to VAT, Currency fluctuations, National Park Fees etc. - in such cases, rates will be reissued.
