Overview

The only permanent game lodge situated within the famous Chobe National Park, Chobe Game Lodge is Botswana’s premier venue for guests looking for a perfect base from which to explore the National Park and the Chobe River. This five-star Lodge has full eco-grading by Botswana Tourism Board.Chobe Game Lodge is designed as a haven of peace and privacy – where relaxation is effortless and you can enjoy your own space. With six comfortably furnished viewing decks, a riverside boma, two bars, six different lounges and four dining locations, a comfy chair or lounger is never far away, each with a different perspective on the wilderness that surrounds the lodge. A large swimming pool provides welcome relief during hot afternoons and there is always a waiter on hand to bring you refreshments from the bar.

Itinerary
Day 1 : (Alderley Edge)

GABORONE - KASANE

  • Depart Gaborone to Kasane as per the flight schedule
  • Arrive in Kasane , meet and greet  and transfer to Chobe Game Lodge
  • Dinner at the lodge
  • Overnight

Day 2 : (Alderley Edge)

KASANE (CHOBE GAME LODGE)

  • Have breakfast at the lodge
  • Activities as per the schedule: Boat cruise, Game drive
  • All meals at the lodge and selected drinks
  • Overnight

Day 3 : (Alderley Edge)

KASANE - GABORONE

  • Have breakfast and check out
  • Transfer to Kasane airport to connect to your flight

For all the services contracted, Full payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis inorder to make necessary preparations.For last minute bookings payment should be made immediately.

 

  • Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
  • Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
  • Refund for transport payments will follow the transport's cancellation policy

 

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

 

We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism.Reeca Travel also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Reeca Travel is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case, refund of payments received by Reeca Travel will constitute full and final settlement. Once booked , custom trips  (this is personalized and tailored to fit your schedule, interests, curiosities, wants, needs and budget) are non refundable.

  • Guests staying three nights or more at Camp Okavango: a complimentary Sleep-Out-Deck experience may be requested & booked from 1 May - 31 October
  • Guests staying three nights or more at Leroo La Tau: a complimentary Makgadikgadi Pans Sleep-Out experience may be requested & booked from 15 July to 31 October or alternatively a Nxai Pan day trip (all year round).
  • Sleep-Outs at Leroo La Tau and Camp Okavango are subject to availability and must be booked at time of reservation.

ROAD TRANSFER NOTES

• Road transfers between the Kasane Airport and Chobe Game Lodge are included in the nightly rate when clients are arriving at Kasane Airport off regional flights (Airlink & Air Botswana) and any scheduled Safari Air flight off a Desert & Delta Safaris circuit.

• For all other arrivals (self-drives, Victoria Falls, etc) the P150.00 per peson per way transfer fees apply.

• The transfer fee is based on a one-way transfer. For return transfers, the P150.00 fees will need to be doubled.
